Asante Gold Corporation, established in 2011 and headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, is a mineral exploration company primarily focused on identifying, acquiring, and developing mineral resource properties within the Republic of Ghana. The company currently holds complete ownership of the Fahiakoba concession, situated in Ghana's Ashanti and Central regions, as well as a 90% interest in the Bibiani gold mine, located in the western part of the country. Additionally, Asante Gold possesses an option to acquire a full 100% interest in the Betenase permit in Ghana. Its portfolio is further strengthened by a 90% stake in the Kubi Mining lease in southwest Ghana and a 100% interest in the Keyhole Gold project.
