It focuses on dividend-paying blue-chip companies, while considering dividend increases, growth potential, reduced volatility, and their track record of raising dividends to shareholders. In addition, the adviser considers established market leaders with a strong financial foundation and potential. Both top-down and bottom-up approaches may be used when constructing the portfolio.
