Effective January 2026, the BetaShares - Australian Top 20 Equities Yield Maximiser Complex ETF (YMAX) will transition its income distribution schedule from a quarterly to a monthly basis. The fund's primary objective is to deliver appealing monthly income while also working to mitigate the overall volatility of investment returns. It achieves this by employing an equity income investment strategy that targets a portfolio of the twenty largest, well-established companies listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). Importantly, YMAX does not aim to replicate or track any specific market index.
