The Red Oak Technology Select Fund typically dedicates at least 80% of its net portfolio value to equity investments in companies within the technology sector, as defined by its Adviser. While its primary focus is on the ordinary shares of U.S. businesses, the fund also has the flexibility to acquire, albeit to a more limited extent, equity Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), common stock of international corporations, and American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), provided these meet the fund's investment selection standards.
