The fund generally allocates a minimum of 80% of its net assets (which includes any leveraged positions) to the stock of small-capitalization companies. For this fund's purposes, a small company is identified as one whose market valuation falls either within or below the current range of constituents of the Russell 2000® Index or the S&P SmallCap 600 Index. Additionally, it could be a company whose market capitalization is below the average highest market cap recorded for companies in either index over the past three years, specifically as of December 31 of each of those years.
