Under normal operating conditions, at least 80% of the fund's total value will be invested in a diverse array of U.S. securities. This allocation is anticipated to incorporate both bullish (long) and bearish (short) investment positions. The underlying securities are carefully chosen from a broad universe of publicly traded, large-capitalization companies, whose characteristics mirror those typically found within the Russell 1000 and S&P 500 Indices.
