The fund aims to achieve its investment objectives by dedicating at least 80% of its total assets (including any funds borrowed for investment purposes) to equity securities issued by companies with significant exposure to the real estate sector. This encompasses businesses operating directly within the real estate industry, as well as those in related fields. The portfolio may comprise various forms of equity, such as common stocks, preferred stocks, and other ownership shares, with a particular focus on Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and similar property-focused investment vehicles, including international entities possessing REIT-like attributes and companies actively involved in real estate operations.
